You may be able to cancel some transient faults using an OBD2 reader. There are several threads on the topic of OBD2 readers in the Morgan sections.
Tried that - OBD reader doesn't pick up any codes. The wife disconnected the battery this morning - and the battery is now trickle charging without any gremlins possibly using any charge. Fingers crossed it gets it all working again - it has to be part exchanged in 10 days!
