I had them custom made in a shop in Milan. But I did not follow the Morgan colors on the M3W (since they were not the "real" ones).
I preferred to use the following:
Federal standard 595 - Blue color code: 25050
Federal standard 595 - Red color code: 20109
Federal standard 595 - Yellow color code: 23538

That were the colors used by RAF from 1938 to 1946

For sure I can ask them if they are willing to make them and ship them if somebody want them (it's a small shop, so I do not know). It was around 40 GBP if I remember right...
