The difference between track days and road (the dammage are the same if you push to hard on motorway)is the way YOUR insurance compagny will react.
Many people who crashed heavily on tracks try to cheat and declare crash on B road with no witness and no injury.
Hence investigations, and so on.
Laws are hard against the cheaters, remember that...
Best way to ride in Track day is respect of others when riding, respect of Marshals and respect of your car (and your health !).
