Thanks to all for your advice. I will now get stuck in.
The ACF 50 is interesting, a biker friend uses it, but says it leaves a sticky residue. Those of you using it, do you "spray it on all over" ? I should have said ex-biker friend, otherwise I could just have looked at his and seen how it looked and where/what he applied it to. He now regrets selling, particularly after a spin in the 3W. I've never found ACF-50 leaves a sticky residue, do find that with WD40 though.
