I have just fitted a Mulfab radiator to my 2002 4/4. Very nice piece of work. They are now using the same radiators as the +8 so longer and they have new brackets that hang off the cross brace rather than the steering rack as this was flexing and causing issues with some failures.
Apart from being lower I had to remove a 'baffle box' on the side of the standard Zetec Air Box (just unclip and tug) to allow the top house uninterrupted flow. It doesn't seem to serve any purpose though as it was taking air from below the air filter. (Sorry for pic quality)
CHECK YOUR BOTTOM HOSE though (as it leaves the engine and goes to metal pipe as mine was nearly rubbed through on the engine mount.
I also fabricated a bracket to 'hang' the cross over pipe to keep the hose off the mounting. (Just seen that rust - another job!)
