I guess it's a cultural thing....having a coffee in a vehicle being a lot more popular over the pond than it is here....plus the boys in blue will nick you for drinking on the move...if there's any around of course! I've seen cup holders for motorbikes on sale over here, so there's a demand here although God knows how you drink on a motorbike!
