Taffy.There will be a few Aeros on the market quite soon(Late models)and a big saving to be had i would love a 2009 ish car but is it worth an extra 25k i doubt it.whatever happens you will have to sort out the issues you have, and your half way there with the new wheels and clock.In the short term say the next ten years your car aint going to depreciate much its just a case of running costs and keeping it on the road.Whatever people say about the Mk1 Aero we are very lucky to be driveing such an awsome iconic car and a future investment if there is such a thing is guarateed.Dont forget those bits of corrosion happens on the new ones as well,once your front is sprayed up it will look like new till the first stone chip.
