Your task is not an easy one and I do not think for a moment anyone will expect rapid change. Indeed thats probably the wrong way to go .

Its difficult to get a Tanker to change direction,it takes time ....and more importantly the crew have got to be working with you!A lesson I learnt at sea 50 years ago!

Keep up your good work.I for one am behind you and will take your advice to join a centre -or at least go to a meeting or two.
