This club tends to be European based, other than the one event at Silverstone for the GT3 race.
The chaps on Talk Morgan arrange events - sometimes small, other times larger groups. There is no restrictions as to who can initiate these meets, it is down to someone to put out the idea and for others to join in. I'd suggest finding out who is in your local area as most people tend to meet up quite regularly with their other local Morgan owners.
Other than that, it is worth seeing what your regional MSCC centre is up to as again, this is a good way to meet new people.
