If you are within 14 days of delivery, you can refer Harpers to the distance selling regulations (assuming you bought via phone / website) which stipulate that the seller must refund the goods and postage, no matter what the reason for return.
I had fully forgotten that Law - thanks for reminding us all a good one!
I do buy a lot on the www and never have problems ( at the risk of tempting fate!) but good to know.
