Oh dear I cannot continue in this good debate as I am about to leave on a 200 mile trip to the Lake District for a couple of days hiking. I will get there, hopefully, by means of the most liberating invention, that of the internal combustion engine. If we need refueling it will take but a few minutes. Regards.
If you walk a tad slower when you get up there so that you don't expel too much CO2, it will help!
