hmm, had Joubert broken protocols, and asked his TMO for a 2nd look, and then awarded a scrum, would anybody be complaining?
Or would Rugby be applauding clear & responsible thinking, and the referee taking responsibility for his actions?
& had a scrum been awarded, Australia's attacking power makes it entirely possible they'd have scored: it would have been an enthralling last two minutes of a fabulous match.
