"Felipe Massa, who finished eighth in his home Brazilian Grand Prix for Williams, will cede his position after being excluded from the race. His right-rear tire was measured at 137 degrees (Celsius) and 20.6 PSI, 27 and 0.1 higher than mandated by Pirelli respectively, leading to the penalty.........no action was taken in a similar event earlier this year, when Mercedes AMG F1 was found to be starting the Italian Grand Prix with significantly deflated tyres"
