I had a look for you and if you look at the bottom of this page yours should be the one on the right of the bottom picture

+8 clutch slaves they show 2 however the earlier one which is longer they say can be fitted to a R380 box (which) I think you will have. I believe it requires some filing to get it to fit, but being the longer body cylinder gives a better pedal.
On Ebay found this one which looks the same
Slave cylinder but to be certain I would call Europarts, they are pretty helpful.
On Melvyn Rutter parts no late +8 clutch slave cylinders listed.
