No PM received (paul@barndance.co.uk is usually best anyway), but have made a note re numbers - still waiting to hear back, sounds like they are really going to struggle with the catering that day.
Plan B is to arrange something with the venue we are staying at, and bring it along with us. If so, will do for 5...
