Me, too. I got the procedure to work once but then, when I wanted to change the avatar, it wouldn't accept the new one. Struggled on, but no good. So now use this stock picture. I think an important factor that Mr Culling has overlooked is file size. There are rules for this (ie, very, very small). I followed the advice, but it still didn't work.
