Car manufacturers really have missed a trick with options and 'other halves'
Surely it is better to supply as standard all cars fully loaded with every conceivable option and the fanciest most expensive paint and then have a delete list. That way you can demonstrate how you were able to get the car you wanted and with an extremely 'well negotiated' price below list :-)
