No 1 I think you'll find it's the odometer reset push and hold action.
The two microswitches on the brake pedal are one for the lights and the other tells the ECU to stop fuelling as you are braking is my understanding of the arrangement.
Looking at a demounted switch it should be an easy substitute and the rating will probably be stamped on it, nothing clever about it.
The fuse should be labelled and inside the ECU / fusebox on the bulkhead in front of the driver under the bonnet.
Can't help you with the clock I've never had one.
