One of my favourites turned out to be entirely apocryphal, but worth repeating. When the National Grid was privatised and Powergen ran many of the generating stations, they were looking to expand into Europe (before all the corporate expansion turned around and came back the other way). Their Italian subsidiary had an awful lot of unexpected traffic to its website: powergenitalia.com
I've always liked Private Eye's spoof solicitors, Sue, Grabbit and Runne. Then there's the domestic waste disposal company in London (this one's real) - Carter, Whey and Tippit.
