Peter,
the pcb failed on my 2006 Roadster so I have 4 spare switches though the bezels are ali not chrome so you would need Cain's upgrade.
They are though fixed at the front as normal but also fixed to the PCB by a connector block at the back which is soldered to the PCB.
I will happily remove one & post it if it helps.
