Heading to Dundee on the M90 this morning ,hit a pheasant full on at 60 mph .Thankfully I was driving my Volvo C30 and not my Morgan .Front grill destroyed minor bumper damage . Called into Volvo garage on my return to Perth .New grill will be there tomorrow morning ,they will fit while I wait at no extra charge .Cost for new grill £175 .I was never keen on Pheasant .
You were lucky, I hit one on the M4 last year, overtook a truck and as I looked in the mirror to make sure it was safe to pull back into lane 1 a Pheasant on the hard shoulder ran out destroying my grill number plate and parking sensor = £220
