The hose can get almost welded to the tank/filler pipes after a long time. If you can get the collet on the back of the fuel filler undone a little, this will allow you to turn the filler cap in the back panel and may help release the hose. Otherwise it will probably have to be cut in the middle and prised of each end. Once you have the clips off a little WD40 in the junction behind the filler cap may help also.
