Rule no. 1 Symmetry in shape
Rule no. 2 the number of badges has to be a positive prime Integer only divisible by 1 and itself up to and including 9 where it can be divisible by 3
15 badges on the front is just greedy and requires either minute badges or a badge bar wider than the legal limit of the car
