I live in the US but my dad and the car are in Germany. Ive called MMC twice already and left a voicemail with them and also sent them an email with my request but so far they havent responded yet
Some of the most sophisticated body shops I visited were in Germany (especially around the Frankfurt area) they will have a scanner for sure.
