Surely that's not a "high level" brake light, though? Would it still be acceptable?

The height should be no less than 13.75” (350mm) and no more
than 59” (1500mm) from the ground
At 600mm above the ground, it is to the law, too!
As mine is a 1986 car it didn't have a high level brake light as an original fitment.
The LED is higher than the main brake lights, and provides useful extra visibility when I'm braking.
