Alright it looks like we have a bodyshop that has such a scanner and is also specialised with old timer and will repaint the car - thanks for all the help on here, really appreciate this and so does my dad!
Another issue that came up though and I completely forgot about, he also needs a new front bumper. I checked ebay germany and ebay UK and I didnt find a thing. Any idea on where to get one?
