For getting this done in the states does anyone know the reliability of color matching? Or if the paint codes are available. I'd hate to end up with slightly off colored fenders.

Offering them in a body or contrasting colour, or chrome.. would seem to me to be a good "extra" and chargeable at MMC's usual attractive level...
I think they have missed a trick there.
