What models are we talking about Plus 4 and Roadster??

According to Miscellany, '+4 and Roadsters being withdrawn at the end of the summer with 6 build slots at time of writing'.
Not sure about values, that could depend on whether the 4 seater is re -introduced, in what form and at what price.
