In 1965 for my birthday my Aunt bought for me "The Observers Book of Motor Cars" which catalogued alphabetically by make most of the cars that were in manufacture in the world during that issue. When I got to letter "M" I was transfixed by Morgan's that were shown and since that day I have had an unending passion for Morgan's. Now I am proud to be an owner of a Morgan and that book still holds pride of place on my bookshelf.
That's a great story!
My favourite was Classic Motorcyles. It featured Scotts ..I was besotted and many years later had three! I also rode from Coventry to Brighton on the VMCC run on a 1919 Scott ..oldest bike on the run X far. That was quite some adventure and I am not ashamed to tell you that I rode down the Parade in Brighton in tears....of pride and joy!
