Get it tested or buy a battery tester to check all cells are working , simple !
If you have one or more failed cells, you have a failed battery and you'd probably not be able to start the engine.
If the battery works, leave it, but be mindful modern batteries tend to fail big time, so at the first hint of trouble, I'd replace it.
