Quoting Rog G above "My current box, the 3rd both previous had oil seal failures, has got quieter in 4500 miles, the car has done 9800 overall. Chris if you are adding a comments column change mine to quiet then in the comments noisier after 1 hour running."
This sounds exactly like mine , on third box after two failed with oil seal leaking , and this third one gets a lot worse when warmed up. If the noise stayed as per its cool state I would be a happy man.
