I took the image from a Morgan brochure copied it using 3D modelling software, I was then able to modify it to create the windows for the indicator lens and extruded a body to house the LED's and fixing for the PCB. Then taking the model that I had created the warning light array was 3D printed.
Was the badge then cast from the 3D model or was it formed in metal ?
