Hello all,

My name is John and I am the proud new owner of a 1995 4/4, lhd, with the zetec engine and 5 speed. I bought the car a couple months ago and it had 1100 miles on it at the time. It now has over 1600 miles and I drive it every chance I get. I have been told that there were never any 1995 4/4s legally imported into the USA and my car has a manufacturer's plate indicating that Cantab Motors in Virginia was the manufacturer. I suppose they did the bumper conversion and got exemptions from a couple of other US safety requirements so the car could be registered. Nice to meet you all. John
