If you will not talk about Morgan cars (how could you!) you may take the opportunity to ask for the Talisker destillery on the Island of Skye. Or for Eilean Donan castle on the A87 on the way to the island. I enjoyed the scenery some time ago and would find one or two subjects to talk about when up north again...
