Thanks for hosting Dan, but it appears the file is not set for public sharing. Although obviously you can see it yourself none of the controls you refer to appear, since the link just pulls up a dropbox login page.

Typically you would put it in your Dropbox Shared folder and maybe ensure file is set for public sharing.
