So who is going to pick up the poisoned chalice* now?
Boris Johnson rules himself out of Tory leadership race I don't feel qualified to comment on this but I would be interested to hear what other people think.

something that harms the person it is given to although it seemed very good when they first got it. The leadership of the party turned out to be a poisoned chalice.
what will TM's policy be on MMC? These and other important questions should be answered ASAP.
