I have encountered bearings jamming, but thankfully it's not usual. Best advice using a puller is to not try very hard, but do it in such a way that you can leave it under tension overnight. If your luck is anything like mine, it'll come free overnight when no-one is looking!
A picture needs to be hosted, something like Photobucket, Picassa or quite a few others.
Then, with the address that gives you a picture in a browser, say:
http://www.slidingpillar.co.uk/images2/tax_disc_little.jpgClick on the fourth button above your reply, click on non-floating image then paste the same address into the box provided. You get this:
Same code but with swirly brackets replacing square ones;

Note, if your browser won't display the image, then it is exceedingly unlikely that the forum software would do so either. Most common cause of problems is code ending in other than <dot>jpg
