It is a good idea to replace the factory fitted crimped on fuel hose clips as they do have a history of leaking around the injectors. In the picture you have posted, I may be wrong but it looks like you have replaced them with Jubilee type clips rather than proper fuel hose clips, like these:

There is a difference, Jubilee clips do not give an even 360 degree pressure and can allow leaks.
