I think you are absolutely right, Howard. Back around the turn of the century CEO pay was running around 80 times bigger than their lowest paid employees. Now it's running around 130 times bigger.

I'm no socialist, there are very good reasons why there has to be a degree of market rates setting in pay, but these levels of inequality are no good at all for social cohesion.

I have a good feeling about Theresa May. I wish her well.
