If I could I would have a black one, but dark grey is pretty good. I know it is a serious crime, but I may add more armour fend/vinal wrap to protect it, but with a by subtle hot rod flame in it along the sides and over the wings....dark silver on the dark grey kind of thing. Just me, but I do love a hot rod
The TVR was loud, requiring the owner to wear ear plugs throughout the trip, but it did draw praise when ever it was fired up.
Mine is whisper quiet when ideling, but a lot louder when under load, so when pressing on it wins by a country mile, nice boom below 2000rpm, a nice V8 growl up to 4000rpm, then a harder jaguar/nascar bark to the red line......popping on the overrun.
The jag made a surprisingly good noise when exercised and the exige was supercharged so made an interesting mechanical whine.....but boy did he have to throw gears at it to pass things on the road..."Fevvvert, Fevvvert, fevvert." 2nd, 3rd, 4th....you get the idea.
No, the Morgan was easily cabale to hold it's own in the dry, even staying in touch at the back were you have to peddle a lot harder to keep up. But in the wet it was a handful and lost all feel from the front except a sense of tucking in and trying to spin.........had more than my fair share of oppo to catch, a few when not expected which was exhilarating. I've lots more pics now so will update a few others this evening in a new thread to show all the cars and splendar of Scotland.
