This will hopefully become a lively thread. The BTR axle of my 2014 4/4 clicks and clacks in every serpentine curve loudly. My warranty is over right now. I claimed more than 10 times for a repair during the last 1.5 years. My garage did not do it. They said, the BTR axle cannot be shimmed and I have to live with it as is. ... Really?

Heinz, I thought my BTR diff had a problem (2012 4/4) when enthusiastic driving with a passenger, but on close examination under the car, I found that the final cast aluminium transmission tunnel is not central to the drive shaft and the rear Uni joint joint touches the tunnel due to the extra passenger weigh. So simple fix I don!t take passengers on my fun runs.
