The relay I am now thinking may be bad is the multi-function relay module (part YWB100820L) as it not only controls the pump but powers the ECU. I am not sure, but I don't think the above relay is part of my car's system.
Sorry to mislead you - you have a newer car than me so maybe it's this one I've not seen one of these.
