I don't think it's a European legislation because I was talking to Alan Patterson at yesterday's Hopmog outing and he's got a new Plus 4 imminent, they've told him he can't collect it from the factory, and he's in the UK.
Maybe Alan can shed some more light on it.
I wasn't aware of any European legislation behind the decision and thought it was just an edict from the factory.
