The bumpers are 4ft - 7 1/4 inches from tip to tip.
As for chroming such a large alloy item it need 3mm of copper first . Very few will do it , I did make a blunder with a firm in the South a few years ago spoke to the father in Jan told a couple of months waiting list . So sent off a set.
