Not quite...

Loosen the screws immediately next to the three spindles.

This screw is attached to a wedge that pulls the wiper up tight on the wheel box splines.

No need to take them all the way out. Just back them out 2-3 turns.

With the screwdriver still in the screw slots, give the screwdriver a tap back down towards the scuttle with the palm of your hand.

This knocks the taper wedge back down and away from the wheel box spline

Angle the arms up 90 degrees against the tensioning springs as previously mentioned

Then the wiper arms can be simply removed
