Looks good Stewart, the only thing i would say is if the mirror has an adjustable rake that relies on how tight the screw is it may collapse at speed due to air pressure, might be ok for bit then when you put your foot down, wallop… You might want to test it by hand to see just how much pressure you think it will take, or do fast test run. If you shorten the stem there will be less wind leverage on it but you then create a blind spot on your left wing and have to look round it. Just my experience but worth a mention so you are not caught unawares, regards john k
