All back together again today. I did have a bit of a wobble after that paint run, and decided to find another small brush and paint the front face. This necessitated a further cup of tea in order for drying to take place..

The paint on top of the underseal has actually dried quite hard. Whether this is a good thing or not I don't know, I'm sure the grille will be off again sometime..

Moved the number plate box down underneath, and got the plate down from that standard skywards pointing angle. Visually this lowers the front, and makes it more pleasing on the eyes...I think.

Have also removed the towing eye bolted underneath, too. I can always keep a small strop on board should I need one, although most recoveries use their own system...usually the crudest they can get away with normally..!! We'll review this as & when.

I'm quite happy that the area inside the grille space is now as black as a coal shed at midnight.

Job jobbed, then..!
