It wasn't rattling against other objects that washers would solve that I was concerned about, but being a large expanse of thin sheet metal being induced into a wobble board, or with heat it buckling with heat like a oven tray does when hot, if it did it could rub against Dave's paintwork - I may seem overly cautious but Dave would kick himself if that happened, hopefullly all will be good.
