It is hard to argue with Andy G. He has way too much experience in a variety of Morgans on everything from a racetrack to a long tour to Scotland.

So I will try again. Actually I tested My +8 Bitsa with a new (to me) 3.9 engine. I also re adjusted the "ride height" by moving the steering rods from the bottom of the stub axle arm to the top by using "Heim Joints". The test was using the Mulberry Kit and driving around Mt. Rainer. A long day trip on roads that are a bit primitive. I am lucky, I have a baseline. That is a '63 +4-4str with Koni's on all 4 corners, Rutherford Modifications on the rear and Original springs in front. This is the best handling, riding Morgan I own. So far with the +8 Bitsa I am not even close.

Next week end is "Flog Mog" in Northern California. It is a 16 hour run to "Garberville" in the Redwood Forest where We will be driving back roads for 3 days. The first 8 hours is on the Interstate Hiway to a place, just North of the California border called "Cave Junction". Then next 8 hours will be thru the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Paved roads but that is about all.

I have installed the Suplex Kit and un-installed it so many times I can do it in My sleep. The only hard part is adjusting the ride height and I have made that a bit simpler by cleaning the threads very well for the adjuster.

I will have my "Hero3" movie camera mounted so You can get a sense of the roads I am driving.
