Would have to be Audi RS4 Avant, although I do like Golfs, and I do like Diesels so a 3.0 Avant would do me nicely. But I don't need a daily driver.And have hired loads of cars when travelling with (ahem) baggage. Unfortunately the last hire car (two years ago) was a Zafira. What a load of shite........
Anyway getting back to the question..............
I could equally be happy with a real Land Rover due to the potential to add neoprene accessories. I don't really think I'm a 911 person. I'm certainly not a Beemer person. I really like the Ferrari 456, and if only my drive was wider.....
So - no real answer. Or rather the answer today won't be the answer tomorrow. A nicely restored Alvis TD, AC Greyhound or (60's)Lagonda Rapide would hit the spot.
